You could always sell your korma to make some extra money.
I can loan you my elephant.
That is in the works. But right now it’s the travelling for the farmhouse construction.
The purchasing is the biggest hassle. It’s not too far from where I stay , but the whole bargaining bit etc etc.
Won’t even be a white elephant.
Pink.

Grok… When asked what the article says :
The article by Paul Joyce likely discusses Manchester City’s reported decision to end their pursuit of Bayer Leverkusen’s Florian Wirtz, as mentioned in a recent X post. It may cover Liverpool’s active interest, with meetings held to pitch a move, and Bayern Munich’s confidence in securing him, possibly in 2025 or 2026. Wirtz, a 22-year-old midfielder, has 69 goal contributions in two seasons, attracting top clubs. Conflicting reports suggest City might still be engaged, but the article probably focuses on the shifting transfer dynamics. Details are speculative, and the situation remains fluid.
This whole thing is a bit hilarious tbf

GroK summary article
The article reports that Manchester City may have ended their pursuit of Bayer Leverkusen’s Florian Wirtz, though recent sources suggest ongoing interest, creating uncertainty. Liverpool and Bayern Munich are strong contenders, with Liverpool meeting Wirtz’s family and Bayern favored if he stays in Germany. The transfer fee is around €150m, and Leverkusen prefers selling abroad. Wirtz’s decision is expected soon, with his contract lasting until 2027.
Blackpool beach might have impressed him.
That he liked the Pleasure Beach.
Or the donkeys?
That gif made me so dizzy. Make it stop or I will make your life miserable. Just ask @Sithbare.
Versatile player but definitely not worth 100m+
He’s only 22. We’ve no idea what he could be worth!
No player worth 100m, but in a world where footballers go for that, he definitely is.
Not that I believe that Liverpool can sign one of the highest rated German players ahead of force of football evil that is Bayern but I always feel uneasy when Liverpool are about to make a big money signing, especially if it’s record breaking. I can’t tell if club’s record in that aspect is better than some league average but I’m always inclined to think of the likes of Marković, Downing, Carroll, Keita or Nunez than Suarez, Mane, Salah, Van Dijk or Alisson.
If it’s burning a hole then it would a far better use of the £100m than signing Caicedo!
With AS padding the squad with fringe players all season, and our transfer monies being saved up for a while now… If AS wants to create a team to challenge for 4 trophies next season, and if this Wirtz guy is as good as is reported, then why shouldn’t he request we buy this lad…
If we do get him though, then I do fear for Curtis and Elliot being moved on… These two players cost the club a total amount of £5m… Therefore, if we get a combined £75m for the pair, put it against the outgoing monies for Wirtz, then the outlay is a lot more realistic..!
you wish.
