It’s an interesting one. I’m no footballer - I would not be able to say how I would react if I was offered a job (doing what I do) that offered transformative money for a short stint of work. I’d need to think on it hard.
I know a couple of teachers who left the UK to teach in Saudi (Jeddah and Riyad) - payed well, safe, treated with respect etc. Those 2-3 years abroad sorted them right out financially.

Given the widespread reports of him having agreed to their offer and speaking to Klopp, if it wasn’t true I imagine him or the club would have shut that down by now, especially given the negative press it’s courting for him personally.
