Jude Bellingham (Real Madrid)

It’s all subjective. :+1:

Even better if he is a 40 something artist maestro from Singapore who has never played football and scoring with a diving shoulder in the last minute of the last game of the season winning us the league, consolidating his already popular status in this forum.

Kone and Bellingham would be a lovely summer 2023.

I hope neither of them are watching us right now.

After that shit show, they’ll never play for us…

Who is T Krauß

Jude Bellingham is not going to track back for Trent and he is not gonna save us defensively in any way.

Correct.

Because he’s going to be playing for Real Madrid/Manchester City/Bayern Munich/(insert name of some other club with more money than us) instead.

Do they really have more money then us or owners willing to spend more …

Not Bayern. When was the last time they spend serious money to buy a player from Dortmund? You missed Chelsea, Newcastle, Barcelona.

Anyone but us…

They come under the last category.

And Barcelona don’t have a pot to piss in.

Or god forbid, man u

You forgot about lever 9,10,11 and 12.

Same thoughts. Would love for Curtis and Harvey to both push on this season

If Bellingham continues his form throughout the season, it will basically be come to Liverpool or earn double at $hitty, Barce, etc, The transfer fee is not an issue if Klopp really wants him. It’s the wages. We cannot (and should not) mortgage our future like Barce, or turn to an oil club for secret payments.

ironically, the two are probably linked for this club in the current football climate.

ultimately, it might be the only time we can build a great squad to challenge consistently…give Pep and Erling the next two years as they’re probably gonna steamroll it anyway, and let Klopp quietly build his second great team, and pass it on…

possibly the greatest football story i could think up…(apart from the two year lead up where Citeh dominate)…football is cyclical…Citeh will come off after such a long period of domination, all the money in the world wont stop it, they dont need to look too far for recent evidence…

does feel like the end of an era a bit here…just has that aura…maybe im wrong…and if we look at it as though Klopp is ‘starting out’ again…2015, no one demanded we win everygame, its a rod for our own back now.

Klopps famous backpack, mark 2…

im getting all excited just thinking about it…

Their midfield would be sick …

Real Madrid are set to tempt Borussia Dortmund and England midfielder Jude Bellingham, 19, to sign for them by suggesting the chance may never come around again. (Telegraph subscription required)

They’re kind of right. If he signs for us, he will never sign for them.

If I am 19 and I back my ability, Real Madrid’s now or never offer won’t move the dial. If I want to go there, and they want me, fine. If I prefer another club, I will do that.

I won’t see my career as Real Madrid now, or bust.

Bellingham is a level headed fella and won’t be swayed by this sort of thing. The fact that Real Madrid appear to be giving him an ultimatum might be interpreted as positive news for us, actually. Perhaps he has us in mind, and Real Madrid are trying to throw their weight around to sway him now?
