Usually at this stage it wouldn’t bother me too much if we went out, but given the run we’re on, I’m not too sure this is a competition we can afford to pass up so effortlessly.
Aye, it I think would really blow back on him if he used this as an opportunity to use fringe and youth players the way a tie like this normally would because we clearly need more time and reps for the first team to click and not taking an opportunity like this when there are no points on the line would be difficult to justify. But that in itself would be a statement if we went as strong as we would if this were a league game. Either way, this game is far more interesting that it would normally be for me. And that is not a good thing

Well, at least Slot made sure beforehand that the requirements were rather low, if not nonexistent. I find it totally disappointing that there aren’t even a few veterans sitting on the bench as a backup.
One game I won’t be watching.
