Maybe I’m over reading this, but if we don’t see a notably improved performance against villa on Saturday then this will be seen as a missed opportunity for the first team to get more time together. In some ways this ramps up the pressure

I also don’t agree with Slot’s approach here, as I noted earlier. I think we need to use every opportunity we can to build cohesion amongst our strongest side.
But perhaps Arne will use this match as an opportunity to trial some different tactical approaches?
