I hate diving and pretending to be injured. Waving imaginary cards is despicable.
Taking your shirt off is completely harmless.
I think the shirt yellow stemmed from players removing their shirts and throwing them to the crowd and then having to piss anout getting another and delaying the start of the game.
But as usual the law makers rather than just caution the ones that did the above they made it carte blanche for everyone removing their shirt
The trouble with diving and pretending to be injured is how are you meant to tell? How does the referee even judge this? You canât tell if someone is injured Itâs asking the referee to be a mind reader.
A better way to deal with it would be to have a separate panel looking at simulation and card waving and be able to follow up retrospectively if necessary.
Fake injury? The player rolls over and over, screamming. Proper injury? Player holds injured part and tries to stay still. Below, see example.

Has Diaz put anything on his social media confirming this, until it comes from him or the club then everything else is background noise to me as there were reports early last week he wouldâve been released and wasnât.
Been tough enough as a fan hearing about the developments without speaking about it because of how personal and traumatic this really is for the whole Lucho family. Lucho is part of the LFC family which means Luchoâs family is also part of the LFC family.
I hope he can share something soon, just seeing the floods of overwhelming support will be incredibly emotional.
The BBC donât put stories out unless it has been verified from a reliable source.
Hatty for DIaz tonight or Sunday then
In all seriousness, Iâm relieved and pleased the ordeal is over. Hope he gets to go and spend time with his folks during the international break.
Hope the lad is given a break during the internationals to see his mum and dad.
Be nice if he say only played their home game.
It would be brilliant to have the family come to Anfield to watch Luis play.
Great news for us all, put obviously more so for Lucho and his family. Iâd feel the same about any player and club actually. It goes beyond mere football rivalry. Fantastic.
Chuffed to hear this
Let hem go home tomorrow and spend a few days with his family.
We play Salah-NĆ«Ćez-Jota Sunday
How about he does that on international duty.
he is our employee, letâs be a decent employer. Let him go home if he wants to.
He is going there in about 4 days anyhow.
I donât want to sound callous but if it wasnât an international break in 4 days Iâd agree.
Yeah want him back after the international break raring to go, fully focused and getting back to the top of his game. Lord knows we are going to need him if we are to mount a serious challenge for silverware.
So happy for Lucho and family! Vamos!!
