The irony of this week’s Grand Prix being cancelled due to climate change. 
Did anyone in Britain notice that Verstappen not only won his third World title weeks back but concurred the highest pinning percentage of all time today …
Verstappen is an excellent driver, no doubt.
Single minded, and probably a shit of a human being, though it’s impossible to say without knowing him.
As for F1, I haven’t seen a race since they cheated Hamilton out of his 8th title.
Football is my huge love, but I like many other sports too, as an all round sports fan. I had a reasonable interest in F1 but that disappeared after they cheated Hamilton. I’m not even a huge Hamilton fan, but they just made the rules up on the fly, creating a situation where he was a sitting duck, and Verstappen was allowed to take the title from him at the death, in manufactured circumstances that so turned me off I haven’t watched another race since.
Hamilton should have probably retired. Since he didn’t, I hope he can get a competitive car again to give it another go, but it might now be a case of diminishing returns, as RBR have the best car and they are getting around the rules quite handily too, with only modest fines to ‘deter’ them.

Lots of comments about Max Verstappen, and sideways glances over the years. I take it more as him being single minded, which is needed to be elite in F1, but it is difficult to imagine that single mindedness hasn’t spilled over into being a bit of a shit.
Still, if you have evidence that he helps old ladies across the road I will gladly hear it!
His dad, his access, and his upbringing… along with the car he now drives, has put him in good stead to ride the wave he is riding.

When you change the name Hamilton to Verstappen you will feel right at home over here. The Netherlands is full of people who could not care less about F1 until Verstappen started winning and will return to not caring when he retires…

I’m a sports fan, and they cheated Hamilton out of his 8th title, so at that point my interest evaporated to the point I haven’t seen a race since.

Fuck Horner - he’s a smarmy cunt.
I never knew anything about him, other than him being the boss at RB racing until last week when at the same time these relevations came out and I started to watch F1 - Drive to Survive on netflix and yes, he does very much appear to be a smarmy cunt
I’ve never liked him - always been the same - but Netflix has clearly exposed that a lot more, and since he’s got RBR winning (again), it’s definitely come out even more. The guy thinks he walks on water.
I also dislike Max, notwithstanding the fact he’s an excellent driver, so any fall apart of RBR would do me just fine, especially if it prevents another season like last season, whereby Max has sealed the Championship by race 10.
Yeah, there’s something irritating to me about Horner, can’t tell what.

My eldest is massively into F1. Apparently Horner has cameras in his house filming on Christmas Day along with someone dressed as Santa.
To me that’s weird.
Never get tired of that clip. Horner is a grade a bellend, him and Ginger Spice’s little show of solidarity at the last GP was cringeworthy to say the least.
