Since he was cheated out of his 8th title I haven’t seen a race, as I lost interest. The restart that handed it to Verstappen at the death was dead wrong. I think it was in Saudi 2 years ago now?

Anyway, in an age of managed access to the stars and multi millions washing around, sporting achievement still has the capacity to cut through the layers and make us feel something good.
