I’ll probably do it around PPVs
Anyhow I’m going include that silly golf tournament that’s basically an expensive version of WII golf

Have an existing Netflix account. No biggie for me.
A VPN works fine and I did get some previous attitude Era Raw/SmackDown shows.
Amazing how Cm punk remains the main draw as far as wrestling is concerned
He’s probably the next stone cold / rock in terms of popularity.
Wwe can try and push the other , younger guys. But more people tune in to watch Punk wrestle than those who tune in to watch the entirety of the other AEW roster. And possibly more than half of the wwe programming.
He gets eyeballs on the screen. The last person to do that was Cena.
In terms of storyline telling and creative planning, AEW is so far ahead of WWE. It’s quite impressive how they’ve managed their scheduling too given how stacked their roster is.
No way.
AEW doesn’t have a clue. If they had one , they wouldn’t have let CM Punk go.
Punk wanted out and he became a distraction, he forced his way out after getting into numerous bust ups at the Wembley All In PPV, more bust ups than wrestling matches - refused to work with the younger talent. WWE was always where he was destined to be.
He did work with younger talent. With his injuries, he was only active in AEW for, what, twelve months? Most of that time he was working with MJF. Also worked with Darby, Starks, Hobbs, Garcia, Moriarty - that’s a pretty good record as far as working with younger/less over guys.
Punk pushed for an angle with The Bucks and Omega. The Bucks refused to work with him. 'Cause they’re fannies.
Nah , the more I read about AEW , the more childish it gets.
AEW seems very incoherent.
They do have some good wrestlers etc etc , but none that can carry off a story etc etc.
Mjf is a really good package. Punk and his matches with him were great.
Don’t think the Cucks and Omega have it in them to get on the microphone and talk.
And apart from MJF.
The only guys good on the mics are the geriatric Jericho , Edge & Christian.
That’s as far as AEW goes.
. absolutely no one else who can cut a decent promo.
Mox, Starks, Kingston, White. They’re getting more & more managers in to do the talking, nowadays with Callis, Stokely & MVP there now too rekindling his thing.
Take your pick.
A lot of them are young talents so it’ll come in time, it wasn’t around the straight edge society period did Punk gain popularity and become notorious on the mic, these guys in AEW are far younger…it’s like asking who in NXT can cut decent promo’s.
Feels like WWE has been on the same trajectory ever since they went PG, what, almost 14 years ago now. The competition are always looking for innovative ways to improve their brands.
What the fuck are you all talking about?
Something most people grow out of by the time they’re fourteen.
Oh be fair hangings at Tyburn were still entertainment when you were 14.
Fascinating day in Powerlifting day with the third edition of the Sheffield SBD being held.
Powerlifting feels like its had a real renaissance the last 5 or 6 years. For years the “sport” focused on fat drug addled meat head wearing kevlar suits it takes 5 people to squeeze them into. But the classic version - minimal assistive equipment, proper Range of motion, drug tested - has finally retaken prominence
The Sheffield is a unique event of the 12 best lifters across all weight classes who are judged not on raw totals, but how well they do relative to the world record in their weight class. We will probably see maybe as many as 15 world record lifts today
