Post Match: Brighton v Liverpool (FAC 29/1/23 1.30pm)

Come on Kop, we’ve still got top 4 and the CL very much to play for. :muscle:

but but…

as long as there is an indication of a (sustainable) turn around this season, then I would be happy. Whether that materializes in the form of results and definable outcomes (league position and a run into the a deeper end of the current CL campaign) is neither here nor there for me.

In some ways it make the lack of incomings in this window all the more frustrating, Writing this half of the season off, as so many seem to have, would offer the right incomer (a CM for example) the perfect ramp/platform to get to know his colleagues before the next season… Any newbie in in the summer will not have that luxury and no matter who it is, it will take them a while to adapt to team mates, systems and the league.

I agree. Incommings this window should be viewed not as a means to salvaging this season, but as the best way to start the rebuild that even Klopp seems to increasingly accept is needed.

I think we could optimistic with today game. We was good in first half, control the ball well, good organization. If we have Nunez instead of Elliott we will much better.

How quickly 2014-15 has been forgotten…

Good.

It’s not surprising considering that we’re going through a tough time. I think all his recent interviews he’s been keen to say he’s going nowhere, and he’s here for the long haul. Not sure where everyone’s getting the idea he’s leaving.

yes the ex Chelsea and Everton manager rafa batata who used to bench marcus alonaso and play lucas levia

If every interview included the question would u leave, could u leave, and the interviews are every game, every week sometimes everyday…it must drain him…and I suppose like anyone else…if it gets too much…as I said before …I’d have him stay forever…of course nobody wants him to leave…but the man can only take so much.

Turn on him? Stop twisting things.

He’s not immune to criticism, he is our manager, he is the one who is overseeing this team play like they are.

Fab is fucked he can barely run now a 100% liability, it would have been a favour if he got red Klopp would not be able to bring him on. Played ok at times but lapses in defence cost us again.

He just needs funding to keep challenging but FSG need to sell up and fuck off soon.
