When we were 2-0 down, I switched off and then watched a Musical instead to cheer myself up, but the storyline was abit depressing.
Saw the score, at least it was a decent 2-2 and the lads fought back and reading the post match thread it was electrifying.

Weird bloody season. A lot of mentality/confidence issues throughout the team. Needing the crowd to fill the gap in our confidence stores. But for some players that might be a permanent thing.

Not going to mention much about the refereeing shit show. I’ll bet though if that foul in the box was on Salah it doesn’t get given.

I don’t really care. It’s nothing to do with me, but it does boil my piss that we’ve had five years of genuine greatness, and we’ve one league title to show for it. Arsenal’s first decent (and that’s all they are) season and they have both us and City have blips. Lucky cunts. Let’s have another team be robbed of a title by these bastards. Maybe then the league will do something about it.

I get it now. I’m still not completely with this view but I get why you feel this way.

We fought City at their very peak and they needed blatant referee interventions to win the league twice against us. If we had a season like last season or 18/19 this time we’d be blowing the league out of the water again. But just when we are having a blip (and let’s be honest, with our means it’s entirely possible, City are just plain financial dopers) this lot of chancers come in and pretend as if it’s so easy? Nah fam not having it.

This is an above average Arsenal team which we would blitz under normal circumstances.
