Let’s face it, if fit Darwin should be playing, no iffs or buts.

Thought MacAllister was sloppy throughout.

Don’t agree. Was one of the least sloppy with the ball today. Showed some real composure and played some great passes throughout the game.

Other than the goals scored, Mo had an average game so not sure why he is motm. IMO he was well handled by their left back.

Just not strong enough can not hold the ball and passes like a crab. One decent pass in a whole game doesn’t make a footballer. He needs to do better imo.

Thought Pawson got everything right apart from missing the hand-ball. Don’t get all the “Konate was lucky…” nonsense, looked to me like Beto ran across him and instigated contact.

Easy win in the end. One tame header after a couple of minutes was all they could muster. To their credit they defended well and pulled off a couple of great blocks but they have fuck all going forward.

Some people already got their agenda sorted for Mac Allister I see. Awesome.

Yeah, since that Wolves game.

To me he was fine, far better than the game against Wolves. Dom who I adore will get the headlines but to me Maca is a work horse and has been a asset to the side so far.

Not bothered, better than Keita and Ox combined.

Yes. Also this season the quality of our subs appears to me to be of higher quality than seasons past.

Made the point to a friend that Klopp’s done really well with his subs, I assume it’s more to choose from but I do think he’s made the right choices mostly.

I think he is key to how we play, he will give balls away but he sets the tone by being a player that the others trust giving the ball to. As well as the ball out to start the move for our 2nd goal, I remember another 1st time ball he clipped out to Mo, which most players wouldn’t even see.

Top player in my opinion

Without being wrestled down every 10 minutes.

Saying he was poor equates an agenda? Plenty of misplaced passes. No agenda here. He improved 2nd half and played a super ball for Nunez that led to the 2nd goal.
Are we not allowed say anything negative about any player?

Hardly watch MOTD nowadays because of the clear bias from those 3 but I gave it a try this morning.

They were celebrating the first two matches but the atmosphere got below zero when they had to say something about us. They clearly hate the fact that the red card and penalty were given and could not wait to get to the next match, not one positive word about Liverpool.

Three wankers :face_vomiting:

I would suggest Mo has a lot going on at the moment due to the Middle East. He donated a large amount to help with food and such, so a slower than average performance is Ok.

Agree with you re saying negative things on here, too many posters on here seem to think it’s unacceptable to do so.

That said, I’m struggling to see what you saw yesterday. 89% pass accuracy, 3 chances created, the pass that set up Salah’s goal. Always involved with 102 touches in the game.

Those aren’t sloppy numbers, they back up the eye test. He had a good game.

Watching the highlights back and can see why Konate didn’t get booked. Beto is never getting to that ball. Van Dijk is on the cover and is just going to sweep that ball up pretty easily.

Beto never had posesion and isn’t going to get possession either. It’s a foul but not nearly as cynical as is being made out and certainly isn’t a promising attack he’s stopped.

It could be a yellow in the rules of the game to be fair and thus he could be seen as lucky but you could also as you state see how it wasn’t a yellow.

I don’t think it was a particularly yellow card type foul frankly but I can see some refs giving it, Pawson did well to say what was and what wasn’t, Young taking out our players twice are certainly yellows.
