Yeah, but they dominated the first 30 mins or so and hit the post in addition to the goal.
We did have a couple of chances in the second half, but it didn’t feel to me like we were four times better than them over the whole match.

No I support us through thick and thin and I call out poor performances and performers and also praise them when they do good.
You at least make an effort to explain your point of view and with Grav I do think like you, his passing definitely needs to improve. I just disagree defensively as he is trying to cover a large area and many holes.

Was on the Kop tonight. Was fucking brilliant from the off. Fans behind the team even after we went one down. Non stop singing all night. Said to my mate that Konate was MOTM before his goal.

Dominated, 20 of those 30 minutes were wasted taking set pieces and yep, hit the post, so always missing 
Ok, whatever, I’m not going to get in an argument about whether it should have been 6-1 or 3-1. I’m just happy we won and scored some very good goals.

Yeah mentioned the same to my lad, all the shite on SM about him being the biggest flop ever seems to have disappeared. That must be about 6 goals for him in the last month or so, plus some assists.
Good 3 points and it was much needed after Chelsea’s win. Thought everyone put in a shift and even though Salah struggled he still got an assist.
Ekiteke is just a fucking joy to watch. There is no greater sight in football right now for us Reds than seeing him run at defenders.
Konate had his best game all season and it was fitting he got the last goal. Grav and Wirtz were good too.
Gordon can get to fuck the fucking ugly rat. As can Hooper, that first half display was a fucking disgrace.

Good result,good to see,bit of a slow start but Ekitiki livened things up a a bit with a couple of quick goals, then we never looked back, Wirtz and Hugo seem to be on the same wavelength now, great to see.
Pleased for Ibou,had a good game and the goal had to be the icing in the cake.
Reckon his father would be pretty happy, too!

Today’s goal was his first from open play in over a year by the way. He’s not good enough to play at the top level.

Ekitike is almost like a Torres regen but Wirtz while, technically better than Gerrard, doesn’t have the same power - aka speed or powerful long range shot. Brilliant player though and their understanding is good to see - I’d hope the rest of the team will also get on Flo’s wavelength soon.

I seriously don’t understand some posters hatred towards Salah. Yeah yesterday he was forcing his stuff in the first half, but then was much better in the second half.
Is it the interview thats made posters dislike him or what? The guy still is our second best goal scorer of all time, so I seriously don’t understand why some people here dislike him so much?

We should be thankful for the useless piece of lard that masqueraded as the referee; he managed to rile up Anfield and produce the best atmosphere in months.
Newcastle helped too with their shithousery, naivety and aggressiveness.
The end result was the most enjoyable match of the season by far. End to end after the first 30 minutes with beautiful goals and quality play throughout. Ekitike and Wirtz, as stated many times, were a sight to behold and will terrorize opposing defences for years to come. Good to see Van Dijk putting in an assured performance after a while, he was back to his best.
Konate though was outstanding. Impeccable for 90 minutes and got a fitting goal at the end. I just wish his personal circumstances were better, I really felt for him going from joy to sorrow while he celebrated.

No one hates Mo, he is a legend, but if he isn’t producing at the top of the pitch, his lack of covering hurts us as Hall had free run on our right side.
