It was a good season but the review gotta be very strict especially on our midfield and forward options.
The over-reliance on Fabinho and Thiago is astonishing.
We missed a real box to box player in that midfield. Someone with physical strength, stamina and the willingness to run with the ball.

As the saying goes sometimes your name is on the cup and this year it was theirs. We didn’t play great but were the better team but Courtouis had a game to remember. Thought the whole tempo of the game suited Real. We’ve had a great season but struggle to score against the top teams. One big positive was Konate who didn’t put a foot wrong. He’s an absolute beast. Have a good rest lads. YNWA.

Agree. Only downside from TAA and Andy was the delivery from the set peices.
Also, in injury time, I thought one extra fresh sub would’ve been ideal to replace someone running on fumes.

Ancelotti didn’t do well at Bayern Munich or Everton. He may a great manager for ready made world class players in a club structure like Real Madrid.
