Post match: Liverpool v Wolves (EPL 22/5/22 4pm)

Just a quick afterthought. Connor Coady can fuck himself right off and when he gets to where he’s fucked off to he can carry on and fuck off some more. He’s a horrible cheating rat. He blatantly dived against us a few seasons back (which the ref at the time saw through and gave him feck all) and today going down with a (non existent) head injury. Which I think we had possession of the ball but Wolves kept it from the drop ball.

Players are takingbtye piss out of this head injury concussion shit and milking it. It’s about time they brought inba mandatory 10 minute concussion leave the field rule. Go down holding your head and you go off. It really boils my piss. :rage::nerd_face:

People keep focussing on handballs that weren’t given, points dropped here, points dropped there.

But the real killer for me is why Man City’s opponents today played on Thursday night, giving City a huge advantage going into the last game of the season.

Just looking at the highlight, Villa looked absolutely fucked on 60, and lo and behold that when City waltzed through them and scored three goals in five minutes.

The premier league does itself no favours by baking these kinds of inequalities into the business end of a title battle.

Yep…his mate asked him if he was ok…and he said yes…
Spotted it at the time…stopping our flow of play…out n out cheating…

Love that; it’s one of my favourite lines.

City are still under investigation by the Premier League and HMRC? Following those leaked emails and so forth.

That eclipses the ridiculous stage, it’s madness.

And we all know what the result of said investigation will be.

That’s because, I’m from Europe and I don’t want the Premier League season fucked up because of a decision made by corrupt FIFA officials.

You didn’t mention Coady lifting an injured Wolves player back onto the pitch, to make sure the game was stopped. He was engaging in shithouse tactics all afternoon. So yeh, he can fuck off! His family are season ticket holders at Anfield, I hope they tell him to fuck off as well.

Yep spotted that also…but got away with it…snidey cheating f***k…

Coady is a fucking shithouse cunt. He plays for a team who’s supporters sing about his city and people in a derogative way as a matter of routine. I couldn’t look at myself in the mirror if I was him.

The real killer for me is fucking cheating manc cunts like Kavanagh being able to decide where the title ends up.

Our club should be doing it’s level best to end this fucking cunt’s career. Not arsed how it looks or what media wankers think, expose him for what he is.

None of those leagues matter though, to be completely fair.

He didn’t do that. He tried to lift him up and then the lad said he had cramp so Coady did the old push on the leg thing.

IDK about that, there are probably quite a few people getting favours.

Watkins wasted two very good chances. The second one where he started from the halfway line (offside would have been overturned by VAR as he clearly started in his own half) was a bad bad miss. I don’t think they come back and win from 0-3 down

Gutted. Absolutely gutted.

So many reasons why, but the main one is that this magnificent team have lost two titles on super points totals to a team that cheats on finances. Cheats without any consequences. There are other factors. Questionable decisions in their favour, obvious decisions against us.

But for me the fact that their financial shennanigans is allowed ruins football. Leeds and Burnley have officially questioned Evertons finances and FFP. They are 100% correct to do so.

Every club in the PL should be questioning City. Because when Newcastle start buying this is going to be worse. Our club has to be superb all the time to just compete. Without dirty money funding City we would be celebrating number 21 tonight.

On another note, some of the comments in the in match thread today were disgraceful. I didn’t look until after the match, and I am glad as they were fucking awful. All season there have been a few who consistently slate the players in the match thread. The same players who have brought us to the brink of something magnificent.
Its quite ok to be critical, but the usual shite in the in match threads is unwarranted. The same few, every time. And remember, we fucking won today. And most days.

Have to keep reminding myself that we are the only team other than City to win the PL in the last five years. Actually quite glad that I didn’t watch past 35 minutes because I think I would’ve been even more gutted if I’d known Villa were 2-0 up with 15 minutes left.

Just really empty. It just feels like they get all the fucking breaks, we have to dominate in order to win the League and they get it by the skin of their teeth year after year. If we go get number seven on Saturday, it will feel somewhat better, but it’s just insane that we’ve been so close to them year over year and only have one title to show for it.

Jurgen will learn and improve from this season. He always does. To achieve what we’ve achieved so far this season compared to the last is incredible. So unless we have another injury crisis next season, we will improve again. YNWA

The only thing that Pep said correctly that its not easy to win the league over 38 games (its easier for them of course with the billions of cheating dollars), Klopp will continue to drill it into them, when you think that winning 3-0 is enough, then you lose on goal difference at the end of the season, when you think a draw is fine because there is a next game, then you lose by a point at the end of the season. We are one of the greatest team, we the Liverpool fans have ever seen. We are one of the greatest team that the world can see. But we can only learn whether on field and the mental aspects of really being ruthless when necessary. We have a great season, taking the league all the way until the last 15 minutes, 2 cups already in the bag, UCL Final to come. There will be some regrets about the league of course, but this has been a successful season for us.
