I think they’re trying to set up a tradition of singing it in Manchester.

Mo needs a muse from Eastern Europe to create his art.

Enter Dom.

A win at Manchester is always something to cherish, let alone under these circumstances.

It wasn’t a vintage display of attacking football, but we were disciplined, organised and smart from start to finish. All elements that have been missing recently. Everyone put in a shift but the ones who set the tone were Salah and van Dijk.

A colossal performance by both of them.

Old this. But gold.

Allowed City to have the ball. We congested the middle so that they had to keep going wide, and we mopped up any crosses.

A well worked corner, and as Fat Frank would do, get it on target and you’ll get the reward of any deflections. Mo gets another assist as well, for Dom to pass it into the net. Glad Curtis stayed out of the keeper’s eyesight in that play.

And Endo AND Harvey actually came on. Add to Arses losing, and the perfect weekend.

Robbo was really the weak link today…Tsimikas comes on and only gets beat once…

Salah deserves the Ballon D’or when it comes to the ceremony in 2026…

Endo in particular does the best among our substitutes. Comes out and needed about 5-10 minutes to adjust…

Comes on to Doku’s side…Doku couldn’t do his usual trick of going down the byline and then cutting in…had to pass side to side…

Salah and Szoboszlai deserves to get the joint man of the match. Both of them shredded City’s midfield and defence to pieces.

Honourable mention goes to the CBs who did their best to win the headers in our box.

Slot 2-0 Pep!

Im not sure which is funnier that or when he said United had a better midfield.

Fun fact. Lose their next game or we win ours and we’ll be mathematically guaranteed to finish ahead of them. In February.

Is Henry the only PL player you could reasonably argue was better than Mo?

Considering the best of Ronaldo was with Real Madrid and Suarez didn’t stay long enough in the PL.

Sure. You could say Henry was the more clinical goal scorer but Mo offers more to the team. His assists for one too.

Foden was on the pitch?

Micah spinning the bullshit we hardly get injured.

No complaints today, everyone stepped up. Second time this season that we’ve looked like the older brothers just holding Man City at arms length while they tire themselves out swinging their arms.

Great game, we looked calm and had a plan. Not much danger from Citeh aside from one or two moments, Virgil had a brilliant game.

Was it just me or was the frame for Jones’s “offside” goal far too late? The ball was a blur. Minor quibble in the end though.

That’s what I meant, poorly worded.

Based on their PL body of work, who is/was better?

Soooo…
We CAN manage a game !!

Dom…fantastic today.
We are quite good aren’t we !
