Post Match: Spurs v Liverpool (EPL 19/12/21 4.30pm)

Keita bottled it though.

No need for the all the abuse about his speech impediment. He’s a prick and a cheat so there’s plenty of other stuff to focus on

Dissappointed by that as when we played well we played well however we constantly reverted to lack of concentration and sloppyness. Keita was terrible in defense and a major culprit of lack of concentration and sloppyness.
Morton never got into the game though the few passes he made showed a fair amount of technique.
Matip was really poor at times though I do like Konaté.
They were more aggressive which meant every time we lost concentration we lost the ball.
Klopp looked frustrated I was getting frustrated until I decided a draw would do considering the ‘forced’ midfield changes. You just can not go into a game with an inexperienced ‘non’ DM youngster and play Keita alongside him. It’s asking for trouble.

Oh and the ref was shit but a very calm shit at that.

On my Sky they did and all thought is was a penalty

Would be nice to have a game where the shitcunt useless fucks officials aren’t talked about. Getting ridiculous this season against us.

Mane was one of our better players today

Yes Milly had a very poor game in possession today, which isn’t normal for him

Mane was fucking brilliant today

I love that Klopp isn’t holding back on the ref. Tierney deserves to be just absolutely shit on.

Yeah. It’s wierd how the entire context of the game is ignored at times in so many assessment of our players.

Not intentional, Kane has done these challenges before and each time has gotten away with them, total bias

Well I did have him third on my list. I still think he had a terrifc game though.

Former ref Keith Hacket said Kane should have been sent off. Even @SBYM’s friend mark goldbridge said it was a red for both.

It’s because the performances of the players were overshadowed by the absolutely shite officials. So, that’s what people tend to discuss.

As if the tackle was not bad enough… and being England captain and all… what kind of instruction is he giving to all the young kids who will watch both him flying in at Robbo, then talking to the cameras afterwards to say there was nothing wrong with what he did today…!
Hope the guy doesn’t win so much as a raffle during his playing career… it is all his shithousery deserves

My panel was Owen, Hoddle and Shay Given, Given was the best basically told Dermot he was wrong and it was a red and a deffo penalty and the other 2 agreed but not as convincingly as Given.

Yes because the angle he was going in he would have got hurt or committed a bad foul, Trent’s pass was poor

We’re acquaintances only!

So many niggly petulant fouls and of course some bad ones. Once the ref let Kane stay on the pitch he lost any control he had on the game. It was a free for all, similar to Palace v Everton last week.

Ali saved us from defeat yet also cost us victory, cruel as it is. But he was magnificent in my opinion.

Robbo the silly boy. Absolutely no need for tackles like that. Apart from being dangerous to the opponent he could have hurt himself too, no qualms about the red.

CB’s I thought did very well but were overworked due to the midfield being what it was. What will it take for Matip to shoot when he goes on one of his runs!

Considering VVD, Fabinho, Thiago and Henderson were all unavailable, that’s a good point (not to mention the ref which I like to think I never do, but that was a terrible performance.)
