He was very good, and I wouldnt argue against him playing. The 2 midfield positions ahead of Fab cover the most distance, so for me I would go with fresh legs. Italian teams generally enjoy time on the ball, so I fancy the fresh legs of both Hendo and Keita for the press. Thiago does the press well also, but I know Klopp enjoys fresh legs so it’s the changes I can see as sensible.

I wouldnt want to see Tsmiskas in, there would be a drop off in quality and I agree the game is important. But the 3 changes I mention I think brings freshness and no drop in quality, IMO
