I’m close to giving up on this season. It’s feeling fucking cosmic at this point.
Utd are getting to play nine U23 lads, and we’ve have senior players dropping like flies.
Never do that. Doesn’t matter how bad things get, never give up, never stop trying, never surrender. Otherwise what’s the point? When the going gets tough, the tough do not hide under the table and give up.

Really happy there’s a squad to choose from again, with a few options for each position and some competition for places in central defence.
Nice to have a mix of options there, from experienced non specialists like Hendo and Fab (when fit), to a mix of specialist options of different ages and types.
Hope for further good news on the remaining non season ending injuries over the coming weeks.
It is a game at a time, as we can’t dip again to remain realistic title contenders. It’s going to take mostly wins now to retain the title.
With one of the usual suspects refereeing this, we’ll need to try and make sure we get it won before the last 10 minutes.

I think the lack of shit luck last year helped us. Well, apart from that whole global plague thing that nearly kiboshed the whole season.
If it’s true, the question has to be asked, how do two fucking goalkeeper’s clash heads with each other??
