Apparently Klopptimist (of whom it has been said that he has just about enough intelligence to open his mouth when he wants to eat, but certainly no more), is untutored in the ways and means of the occult, for otherwise he would surely know that it is impossible to house fire breathing unicorns in an attic.

As the only arboreal member of the genus hippokerasphoros, the fire breathing unicorn roosts exclusively in the semi-mythical Gopherwood tree. A small pod of said beasties, and the only one extant in the region, abides within the copse contiguous unto the boundary of the south meadow (despite the Mem’s best endeavours).

You can bet 1000000% Milner lays a big tackle on someone like Kroos in the first 5mins. His inclusion for that alone is worth it.

I want to see Robbo pulling off Modric’s headband and flicking it back at him after 60mins in an act of glorious snide bastardy as we lead 3-0.

More or less what I expected apart from Mane for Jota. It’s a line up that will hopefully contain Real early on with plenty of decent bench options if we get into a position where we can go for it later. Milner is in there for leadership. There was none of that last week. Gini is maybe lucky based on his recent performances but JK loves him and he’s a big game player. Thiago just hasn’t done enough to get a start and can be a liability with his tackling. They’ll take any opportunity they can to go down, waste time and try and get players booked. Don’t want to be giving them any help with that.

Let’s hope we can get a first half goal for once. If we can take the lead it’s game on.
