Pre Match | Liverpool vs. West Ham Utd | PL Matchday 7 | Saturday 31st October 17:30 | Anfield

Seriously hope this is sarcasm. The defense keeps getting breaching multiple times in very promising positions isn’t what the goalkeeper can solve. It hit the post and went in. We on one instance think Gomez isn’t guilty because it came fast to him, but Alisson is supposed to foresee that and position himself exactly where the shot would go?

And to be honest Alisson did predict and was very close to saving that. It was incredibly perfect shot that hit the post and went in.

Ht talk:JK…get out there and hammer the f***Ker’s…go for the jugular… Go and be clinical…

I do think we will say all “phew” in the end. I just have that feeling, that we will win that is.

They try to bully Phillips but Nat brought a battle axe with him tonight , it really hurt to watch this. He is certainly not afraid of physical contact - good showing so far.

Over all exactly the type of shit sandwich to munch on I expected it to be … well , it’s a Moyes Westham. Comentary mentioning Moyes’s game plan working to a T … öhm … as if parking the bus was some kind of new developed witchcraft to set up against better teams

We really need to grind this out - it sucks - but if it has to be this - bring it on.

Finally yes the header could be better but he headed it at waist height anfpd when doingbthat hard to keep your eyes on the ball to make it a perfect clearance

COVID Halloween.

Gomez was at fault for the goal, it was a shocking header. Nobody can argue otherwise.

The entire season will be like this.

3pts…3pts…3pts…etc…etc…

That is all I care about.

Gomez is poor on that goal. Souness thinks he should get his boot on it. I thought it was a poor header in real time. Interesting that Souness also pointed to Jones and TAA not getting it right allowing space for the cross in the first place.

A little thought would it be an option to switch Mo & Sadio as they always come inside and that is where there players are if we start to take them on out wide with pace we will create more space?

Phillips way down the pecking order, but doing well so far. Seems a bit more no nonsense, and he’s not afraid to stick his head in there. If he adds bravery, a bit of physicality as needed, and gives it simple, then job done.

So far he has done exactly that.

We need someone from midfield to try and run at their Midfield line. All we do in Mid is just recycling the ball from left to right. They’re going to park the bus for the second half. We can’t just try to cross the ball in and expect to get lucky. We have to move the ball quicker and run at their D line.

We have been ultra clinical, 2 shots at goal, 1 goal.

He has stepped up but today he gifted them the lead.

It’s a kind of competition on here which player has been the worst, that’s so depressing to read tbh. Sky-high expectations crashing against reality.

We will do this.

Hard to get distance when it is a reaction header, player could have got a touch in front of him and at waist height

Jones doesn’t offer anywhere near enough for me, other than giving the ball to Hendo, he is too permissive.

A few years ago, we’d fall behind to a team in defensive mood, struggle to get the equalizer, and concede a second on the break.

We’re at 1-1, at home, let’s get the win.
