Hate defenders like Lyanco who are always trying to “do” something. If he stood up he likely can defend Bobby there, but he dives in and gives up a goal. Martin Skrtel, Dejan Lovren etc. All the same. Shite.

Im already contemplating turning over on this one because the dinosaur commentator we have in the US is killing me. The problem, allegedly, is that it’s just wrong to try playing out from the back early in the game. You know this early you just have to go long and clear your lines.
Why are mouth breathers like this given a job? It is stealing a living.

A lively start to the game. Two early goals for us one due to a mistake, the other well-worked and superbly finished by Bobby (we’ll be missing these ones next season, and I’ll miss his song!).
Then a typical clanger from our defensive play, Southampton can easily work their way through and score an easy goal.
This start summarizes our season in a nutshell. Not good enough in defence to be able to win things.
