I would be shattered!
We don’t play at the weekend. This match is on April 2nd. So Wednesday in a week.
Good point! Doh! I would not be shattered
I’d still be shattered but I am most days I wake up
There are days you don’t wake up?
Has been known.
Anyone else bored AF?
Do like MH, go back to bed.
Trying to remember our last league game
I can’t wait to see someone clatter Decoure, ideally early in the game. Fucking prick.
That’s what I’m actually afraid of, because of the proximity of this opposite fixture and the way the last one ended. Can’t be dragged down to that level, can’t have a wild Gerrard on Herrera moment or something similar. Have to keep our heads focused on playing well, playing better than last time and winning.
I don’t know if it is geopolitical or what, but it feels like this international break has been a month long.
I suppose our games before then didn’t help…
Concerned about this. Not because Everton are some kind of world beaters, but due to injuries and the lack of rhythm after the break. As usual they have nothing to lose and everything to gain and will celebrate a draw like a world cup win.
We’ll have issues at full back, with our fourth choice right back and having to choose between an aging Robbo and an ineffectual Tsimikas on the left.
In Midfield, there’s a doubt about Gravenberch and we need him in top form for the run in. Jones won’t need motivating, but I hope he keeps his head. All of our forwards have been misfiring in different ways, but the return of Gakpo is timely.
All in all, we aren’t in optimal shape and it’s going to be tough. I hate derby matches and I’ll be very happy when it’s over, especially if we get the points.
Is that guarantee as bankable as one of your artworks?
All hopes on you @germanred. No fucking pressure.
Don’t worry. We’ll win a point here.
