As if it’s not bad enough that the Premier league are quite happy to screw us over by going ahead with a Saturday lunchtime kick off.
But now it’s compounded by the fact that Atletico Madrid have a free weekend and perfect preparations for us on Tuesday night

It’s absurd. Other leagues protect their players.
Mind you, the biggest scandal of the international break was Ferran Torres getting injured in the second match, Spain deciding to play him in the next game, making the injury worse and then giving him back to City saying “deal with it’.
I’ve no love for City, but that’s absolutely outrageous. I hope Pep goes both barrels when he gets the chance.

Of course that depends on the pub. In my local (and it disgusts me to type this) I’ve heard monkey chants. That’s why I don’t go in any more.
Odd the things that get people’s backs up though……

Seems reasonable. Usually not my style to swear, though I’m not claiming to be a saint who never swears. It seemed apt in this instance to respond in kind.
While there may not be guidelines that have blackened the pages in the rules and regulations within the mods stipulations, regarding opening a pre-match thread, for MANY amongst us, there are such things as unwritten rules that are adhered to… This fact of ‘Winner Stays On’ was even mentioned, in one of the posts during our sticky patch from last seasons run-in… Quicksand stepped-in and our fortunes and results changed dramatically. Luck, maybe, but yes, as fans, we can be a superstitious lot… Why try and fix something that wasn’t broken… the results have been fine. Finally, for those that find nothing wrong with the ‘shitty’ manner in which this particular thread was hi-jacked from Quicksand, I suggest that these ‘mouthpieces’ go into any of the pubs along the dock road in Liverpool that has a pool table… go up and put your money in to release the balls, then announce to the previous winner that you are taking the table over…!
You will soon learn a very harsh and painful lesson to exactly what an unwritten rule is…!
We are all here for the same reason of supporting LFC, so we need to show some respect to each other as fans that have equal standing… If that is difficult to do for some on here, then try harder.!

Alisson is on the bench tonight (at least Fabinho is playing) with a 12 point lead and 4 teams between them you do wonder what the actual point is.
To make it fair you could say call up Alisson in November and leave Ederson at home.
Or sent Alisson home on the premise that next time Ederson would go home early.
