Assuming any of it is true, it makes sense.
The line has always been that the club don’t think Lavia is worth £50m so they don’t want to pay that.
Caicedo is a much better player who is valued much higher and would make a more Immediate impact so they’re willing to pay more for him.
looks like we started the games first by bidding for moises…chelsea responded by bidding for lavia…
Contract?
Pearce rushing the tweet to try and stay relevant.

So they havent bid then haha
I just made contact with Ferrari…i havent made an offer for the car
talksport just reading twitter and they just said LFC havent bid…but talks are underway.
So… Caicedo announced by 10pm BST Friday?
its all a bit silly to be honest…from both teams…
Suddenly I have a picture in my mind, Klopp and Schmadke with a big cigar and 2 six packs of beer…

I think it falls more into his unknown unknowns category tbh.

It would make far more sense to buy Caicedo if they will spend the money. having played all season with MacAllister would make the bedding in so much easier.
Somehow I think there isnt a snowballs chance though

So we will buy Caicedo and then Brighton using those money to buy Lavia for 50m, and Chelsea buys Mctominay this summer before buying Lavia next summer for 90m.

That’s what I kind of meant.
I’ll draw up a diagram later to show us where we are on it all.

I hope whatever you offered you only increased each offer by £1
