He looked a real good player against us. With the coaching we give to our attacking players, in how to move, I could see Martinelli harnessing his athletic gifts and becoming a very good player indeed.
I would be happy if we signed him.

Cards on the table in that I havent seen the requisite 10 Red Bull games this season, but if Mane is going to germany I say we help him bag his first bundesliga title by taking Nkunku from Leipzig. Heās not yet a like for like replacement, but can play all over the front line and could be a way to shoe horn a 4th attacking player into the team when needed by playing as a ten behind a front 3.

I dont see anything about them that suggests theyād say no to the right offer. Werner, Upamencano, Konate, Sabitzer all players they lost in the last 2 years. Naby before that.
The bigger issue Iād imagine is whether the player himself sees him going back to PSG sooner than later.
Suspect, given Mbappe is now chief in charge at PSG, and looking to clear out the squad (Di Maria gone, Neymar and Messi prob following), heād prob want a fellow Parisian in his PSG team.
Agree, I think he would be a good option. I actually have watched him ten times this season, so lucky me this time.
I really like him, but I have a feeling he perhaps lacks a little bit of āfireā to play up front for Liverpool. Donāt ask me what Iām basing that on, just an impression I have after watching Leipzig somewhat regularly over a few years. In terms of playing style and ability, he should be a great fit.

100% this. If heās off this is the reason IMHO. I think he feels a bit disrespected. You can see it on his face every time heās subbed off instead of Salah even when heās clearly playing better.

I love Mane. Heās maybe my favorite of the front 3 (i waffle back and forth a bitā¦ but mostly itās Mane). His work rate, drive, and passion to win is second to none.
Heās won the African nations cup, beat Salah in final in the process, but still lives in Salahās shadow at LFC. I have no idea how close they are, but reports are itās more of a professional relationship than a friendship.
Mane has absolutely nothing left to prove to LFC or the fans. Heās given us 6 great years. If he wants to go fill a Lewandowski sized hole in the Munich team and potentially win personal accolades (balon dāor?) Heās earned that right in my book. Munich will still have to stump up a sizeable sum, but as long as itās reasonable i wouldnāt stand in his way. He and Salah kind of negate voters by canceling each other out. Heāll score a bag full of goals in the German league if he goes and Munich would be dangerous in champs league like always.
