Yeah, dickhead move by Kohli. No excuse for it at all.
A real sign of weakness.
The sooner Kohli fucks off the Indian team , the better.
He couldn’t help himself playing at one way outside his line.
Laboured, but he deserves to be mocked in any case.
You’d think he’d learn from experience. Apparently not. Career knobhead
Another 50 runs and Australia are safe.
Intriguing test going on
Yep, another great game. 280? Maybe just in our favour. I can’t see a draw from here if we manage to get another 45 mins in batting. But up for grabs for both teams.
I genuinely believe we can tear through their top order on this pitch. This is India. They can light it up or be bowled out for 90.
Rohit has been a dick head though with how he’s treated Jaiswal. It doesn’t help and hopefully for us it will affect his batting also.
India really riding the wave of their home crowd here.
Australia have enough. Can’t see India surviving 2 sessions.
We have two passengers in Rohit and Kohli. That’s almost half the top order.
You are the Indian Walshy.
Apologize to @PeachesEnRegalia
Early prediction: both those two will be the highest scoring Indians.
10 for Kohli and 13 for Rohit.
Really hope India don’t fold, but not at all confident.
It might be Baz Sith’s influence.
The Indians will be coming out against the best bowling attack in cricket, and we have almost 300 on the board on a wicket showing movement off the seam and variable bounce.
We are in the driver’s seat here. And we should be confident. None of this soft-as, weak '‘my team is shit’ @Sithbare predictions from me.
My predictions in cricket turn out correct most of the time.
And a target of 300 on the 4th innings is a huge one.
I’m a bit surprised that Australia didn’t declair and try to get India in for 20 odd overs before stumps.
India’s top order have shown that 1 or 2 early wickets is very achievable, so the chance to have got stuck into a night-watchman is something I am surprised they did not try to take advantage of.
Suspect they want to use the heavy rollers to break the surface up much more in the second and third sessions
Going by what I have seen on the Aussie tours in India, influencing how a pitch is curated during might be a very normal practice over there for the home team. But it isn’t done here.
I for one would have been angry with a declaration. This test the aim must be to not lose the BGT. I want us to continue batting in the morning. Would love Lyon to get his maiden half century and then swing the bat after that. I want us to ensure that India have no belief that a win is possible.
That is where you and I disagree. I want to see us go for the win, and if that means declairing early and giving India a chance then so be it.
If this was any other country I would be all for the all or nothing approach. But knowing how absolutely appallingly behaved Indian cricket fans are in general, I would do anything to avoid them retaining the trophy.
I don’t even hate the Indian players that much. Outside Virat and maybe Siraj there are actually a lot of likeable guys in there.
Just not their fans (Sithy excluded)
