IĀ“m not his biggest fan but swapping Gakpo for Sarr would be plain dumb.
Swapping him for Minteh isnĀ“t that much better in my opinion, especially with him injured.

I think Iraola is prioritising players in the wide area, that have pace, are unpredictable and can run in behind.

This is fun, I like it. Ā£70m for Sarr is effing bonkers, but Iām going with the flow here. Iām saying yes to transfers, and Iām ready for the ride.

It is, even without considering the risk factor of whether Sarr will fit, adapt quickly and be good enough.

Yup, we know what we get with Gakpo. Heāll frustrate us but heāll consistently get goals and assists. Why take the risk to swap for someone with no obvious upside. And at the same time strengthen a rival

Yeah. HeĀ“s good for about 15 goals and assists or even 20 if he has a great season.
Yeah I think in general the team suffers a bit and heĀ“s not top class, but itĀ“s a steady output we lose to bring in a guy who has questionable ability and may or may not even match Gakpo. Not many signs he would in terms of ouput. Maybe he will add pace or whatever but we have that in MuƱoz.

By the way, F.R. is currently reiterating in his latest videos that Sarr is someone to keep an eye on, though itās questionable; given what everyone says, his age doesnāt fit our profile. Or is there something about him that would really interest Iraola?

Sarr missed his chance to come to us four years ago. He couldnāt lace Codyās boots and neither can āHit n Mintehā.

I get excited when big players leave, Iām a bit weird like that. It means something can change, new things come into play, new possible ways for the team to develop.
