Can’t say I have a lot of time for Miguel Delaney mind you. Never seems to anything nice to say about us.

I normally like them and even in this they had some interesting things to say,but was left baffled, bordering on angry (to the degree a bunch of guys on a podcast can make you angry) at the questions of how Liverpool could have planned so poorly to leave themselves needing two forwards last summer. I don’t know, can we think of any unexpected circumstances we had to deal with? The oblivious callousness of that part of the conversation really colored the rest of the “I don’t get what is going on there” element of the conversation.

Yeah I thought that was really poorly dealt with and I’m surprised neither of the others picked up on it or it wasn’t somehow cut in the edit.
